Cancellation Policy
DewSkin Esthetics operates by appointment only, which means our policies are strictly enforced to honor the preparation, travel, and setup that goes into each individual service.
•Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. •Same-day cancellations/reschedules, or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
•A missed appointment is defined as canceling or rescheduling after 12:00 AM on the day of your appointment, or failing to show up without notice.
-APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS-
In some cases, at DewSkin’s discretion, a second confirmation may be requested the morning of your appointment.
This confirmation must be acknowledged within 1 hour of being sent in order for the appointment to be honored.
If no response is received within that window, the appointment will be considered unconfirmed and marked as a missed appointment.
